Our main goal is a simple one. Lead people into a relationship with Jesus Christ. We did that this year more than ever, and we can't wait to see God continue to move in our community.

Baptisms

In the apostle Peter's first ever sermon, he told the people in Jerusalem to "Repent and be baptized". Water baptism is the public declaration of new life in Jesus Christ, and we saw 88 people make that declaration this year for the Kingdom!

COMMUNITY

Small Groups

Community is so important to us, which is why we support our small groups here at City Hope Church. Finding people of a like mind and faith is so important in our day to day walk with Christ, and that is why we love our small groups.

LOCAL

Outreach

Our dream is to see our city saved. We want every person in the area to hear the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and we did a lot this year to make that dream a reality.

Outreaches

We spend a significant amount of time this year doing evangelism in it's simplest form. Going out and loving on people. Talking to them. Praying for them. Lives were changed this year, and we look forward to continuing this trend. This city will be saved!

WORLDWIDE

Mission Work

In Mark 16:15 Jesus told us to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature". The good news of Jesus is for every person who inhabits this planet, and his love stretches far beyond our nation's borders. God put world missions heavily on our hearts this year, and He did many mighty works in many countries.

Trips to Cuba

We are currently partnering with La Iglesia Cristiana Vida Nueva (The New Life Christian Church) in Pedro Betancourt to spread God's Word and make disciples throughout Cuba. La Iglesia Cristiana Vida Nueva was planted in the 1960s and has grown to 46 different locations and 35 full-time pastors.

In 2019 we will put on a Leadership Conference about church growth and leadership development. We will have the Leadership Conference at La Iglesia Cristiana Vida Nueva and Cristo Rompe las Cadenas, a church in the outskirts of Havana. Many life changing experiences have come from the last few trips to Cuba. We expect nothing less for this year!

Our Vision for 2019

GREATER FAITH

We stepped out in faith this year to give more than we ever have. In faith we purchased a building that requires huge faith. We want to continue to increase our faith in 2019.

GREATER SEED

2019 is going to be a year of greater seed sowing. We are believing for greater financial seed in giving, as well as seed sown in outreach. We want to increase our irrational generosity in 2019.

GREATER HARVEST

Finally, we are believing the Lord for a greater harvest. We want to see our community here grow exponentially, and need to be ready to receive all that God has for us. We want to continue bringing Hope for the city, one heart at a time in 2019.
